Over the summer, the Qualification Commission for Advocacy in the Republic of Belarus conducted several certification assessments.
Decisions were made regarding the inability of the attorney M. Severin to perform his professional duties due to “poor expertise”, and the potential termination of licenses for I. Bartosh and A. Laptev due to the confirmed inability to fulfill their professional obligations (connected with ‘poor expertise’ as well), as determined by the Qualification Commission's decision dated May 7, 2024.
