The Qualification Commission for Advocacy in the Republic of Belarus has held an exam for applicants intending to become attorneys. 4 people passed the exam.
Based on the results of the next certification, decisions were made that it was impossible for lawyer V.A. Petrov to perform their professional duties “due to insufficient qualifications.”
The Qualification Commission also made decisions on the possibility of terminating the licenses to practice law in relation to Ageev M.S., Krot I.V., Nazarova O.V., Shostik S.E. – in connection with the application of disciplinary sanctions to them by the Minsk City Bar Association in the form of exclusion from the bar for “committing offenses incompatible with the title of lawyer (committing actions that discredit the title of lawyer and the legal profession).”
A similar decision for “committing actions that discredit the title of lawyer and the legal profession” was also made against L.I. Palochkina, who practiced law at the Minsk City Bar Association
