We’re aware that Vyacheslav Chichin was released. The fate of the others remains unknown. It was revealed to the media that the lawyers were detained for a legal advice chat in messengers. It is still unclear how the security forces got access to it. The lawyers are accused of sharing extremist materials.
It should be recalled that in the course of the last month, the following lawyers were detained in Belarus: Aliaksandr Danilevich, Vitaly Braginets, Anastasia Lazarenko.
